Magnitone Wipeout! Cleansing Cloth Review & Competition

Over the last 6 months I've taken much more of an interest in looking after my skin and putting together a skincare routine that didn't solely consist of soap & water (so so bad, I know!). Turning 25 was life's little kick up the ass for me to start taking better care of myself and since then I've out together a nice little routine tried and tested products. Before I got my act together, I only ever cleansed my skin when using my Barefaced. A little moisturiser here & there, but no toner or serums in sight!

The Magnitone Barefaced cleansing brush, however, has been in my life for well over a year now and it was probably this product that was my introduction into the realm of beauty. Although it was a slow start, I finally got there in 2017! You can read my full review & results for the Barefaced HERE

After having such good results with the Barefaced cleansing brush, I was really keen to try out the Magnitone Wipeout cleansing cloth & was really lucky to have been sent one to review. I'm all for adding things into my little cleansing routine now, so putting this to the test was exciting! I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first as the Wipeout claims to only need water to remove ALL make up (yup, even the oil based stuff) & a cleanser isn't needed in the slightest!

I wanted to put the cloth to the ultimate test, so I piled on some knowingly stubborn to remove make up; a thick winged liner and red lip combo should do it! I dunked it in some water, gave it a little wring out & went in for the kill with, tackling the lippy first! My initial thought was that a huge red smear would appear across my mouth. But it didn't! Not going to lie, I was a little disappointed when this didn't happen... I wanted to use that image for the thumbnail on my video haha! I then went for the brows and the eyeliner & it literally wiped off with such ease! No Panda eyes! The cloth itself is super soft and you don't need to rub hard at all, making it perfect for sensitive skin!

Things to know

Pixi Beauty: Achieving That Summer Glow

I've always found the transitional/in-between weather period hard to get through without feeling like a lost puppy. Pretty much everything in my wardrobe doesn't fit the bill & the same goes for my make up routine. I have to admit, I used to be horrendous with my make up routine... It's only over the last year or so I've really taken an interest into looking after my skin and paying attention to what products work for my skin type & what don't. With the warmer weather approaching (very slowly I may add), I thought it was time to look into changing my everyday routine, so I teamed up with Pixi Beauty & got my bronzed goddess look down to a T.

Mark Hill: Magic Wand Review

I've been a huge lover of curling wands since they first came out quite a while ago.. I used to walk past the stands in the shopping centres really slowly, just so I could watch the assistants do their thing & transform normal hair into princess hair! They're so many different brands and types of wands these days, that's its hard to know which one to go for? I was kindly sent this little bundle of Mark Hill products from the lovelies at Label PR to review. I'll talk you through the steps I took to create my final look & what products I loved the most and what ones not so much!
