As you can tell from my purchases, I really can't wait for the weather to get warmer. Browsing (and spending) on the high street and seeing all the bright and colourful clothing is just making me want to walk outside in a pretty little dress without the millions of layers. I'm bored of snow and the freezing weather, not that I was ever a massive fan of it to begin with anyway...

As I haven't had a chance to blog any outfit posts lately due to all the uni work, I thought I'd show you my new purchases this way instead! I realise now that a lot of it is from Primark, I don't tend to buy clothing from there just tights and socks but I couldn't help myself with these little goodies! I'm in awe with this lilac and mint body con dress, it was only a tenner too! I love the racer front and back detailing, it shows off my microdermal piercing on my collarbone perfectly (it's normally hidden under a turtle neck most days) so to finally get to show it off is exciting!

The crotchet crop top didn't photograph very well but I assure you it is beautiful! I picked it up from a little vintage store in the Leeds Corn Exchange. I was just passing through and happened to notice it. I've been after something like this for ages to pair with my Levis.

I've also been wanting to wear a little more jewellery recently. I'm in love with statement necklaces and cute little rings. I realised that most of my rings just aren't very nice anymore. the last time I really bought any new rings was waaaaay back in 6th form, so these purchases are definitely justified!

Ohhh Summer hurry up pleaseeee!

Skull Key Earrings - Ebay
Frill socks - Topshop
Gosh Lip Pen - Superdrug
Chiffon Blood Skirt - Ark clothing
Triple Peace Belt - Urban Outfitters
Studded Bag - Ebay
Aztec Skirt - Urban Outfitters
Denim Shirt - Urban Outfitters

Okay, so it looks like I went on a massive shopping spree doesn't it...? Well, I kinda did.. Guilty! The good old student loan came through & I've been good for so long & haven't splurged in ages! Although I have to admit a few things were bought a few months ago, I just didn't have enough to make a post!

I'm really bored of my closet at the moment, I seem to be lacking in the essentials and basics! I just have no idea where my clothes have vanished too, I think I may have a clothes thief, my sister! I found so many of my clothes in her wardrobe over summer that I bet I've missed a few items!

I have to admit my recent purchases are pretty justified, as I don't own anything similar to them already, as I tend to buy the same thing just in 10 different colours. Although excuse the skull tee, I know I know, I already own at least 8 other skull print tops - what can I say? I'm a slight skull lover...

I'm also on the hunt for a decent pair of jeans, yes that's right - I'm venturing away from the tights after almost three years of being glued to my denim shorts and tights combo. I feel like I'm edging towards leggings and skirts more than shorts these days (woo big difference, I know haha), but at least it's a start!

Also my love for Doc Martens has ever increasingly grown the more I see people wearing them! Boo why am I such a poor student!

Today I Bought #5

Beaded Charm Bracelets
Aztec Beaded Jumpsuit
Over The Knee Socks
Finger & Wrist Chain Bracelet
Paisley Skulls Print Tee
Leopard Print Waist Belt
Tiger Tee
Models Own Ibizia Mix Polish

I've been on a little spree lately for my holiday to Thailand as I was in dyer need of some small essentials and  holidays clothes that I have avoided buying due to lack of money. If you follow my blog, you will know how Asos crazy I am.. And yes you guessed it, everything is from Asos! I just can't resist using my Asos Premier and 10% student discount all in the comfort of my own home - it's just too perfect! I did make a trip in to Trafford Centre the other day in attempt to buy some clothes that weren't from Asos, but was very disappointed with everything in store as they never had my size in stock or nothing appealed to me, not even in Zara! So I ended up coming home with only one purchase - a Mac Lipstick!

Anyway, not all these purchases from Asos were made in one go - oh don't worry I'm not that bad! I bought these beaded charm bracelets and over the knee Grey Marl socks for The Parklife Festival I went to this past weekend. The bracelets went perfectly with any outfit I paired them with as the neutral/gold tones don't clash and the socks stopped the rubbing from my wellies against my legs perfectly!

It was my first every festival I'd been too - so I was a little too excited and packed more than I should! (I'm also never taking my festival band off - I've waited far too long for one!) On the first day of the Festival I wore the Paisley Skull print tee with frayed black hot pants, Over the knee socks and my trusty wellies which I found the day before I went! For anyone that knows me well, knows I love my skull tee's... I currently own over 6, and can't say that this one will be my last purchase!

The Aztec jumpsuit is probably my favourite purchase from this bunch! It's made from a cheesecloth material and is a very nice snug fit! I though this would be perfect for Thailand, as is many areas it's very respectful to be covered up especially when visiting temples and smaller villages - I don't want to upset anyone by the way I dress! I'll try taking some outfit posts while I'm out there too!

I'm in two minds about keeping this Tiger print tee - my last name means Tiger, which is why I instantly added it to my basket in excitement, but I'm not really a person who wears large print tee's like this as I always feel they're too out there and noticeable which means you can't wear them as often.

I think I'm in love with this Models Own Ibiza Mix polish! It instantly adds a little glam to any nail polish and makes me feel like a little girl again with glitter on my nails! This will definitely be in my favourite section in my little polish box!

I fly out to Thailand on Friday night, but making a quick shopping trip into Manchester with my Friend Hannah tomorrow for some last minute essentials which I have forgotten. I'll try doing another post before I go, but if not I'll see you guys in one month!

Today I Bought #4

As some of you may know, a lot of what i see on Tumblr I instantly want, search, and then buy! Well a few months ago I saw a skeleton hand earring cuff which I instantly fell in love with as I love quirky pieces of jewellery - especially original pieces that not many people own, and even though it has over 30, 000 reposts I have not yet seen anyone wearing it! Unfortunately, it costs around £20 - even on Ebay (where I search for everything first). I then found these cheaper versions of skeleton hands which are actually earrings and not a cuff - but I still really like them and for £1.25 each you can't really go wrong, can you? I need to wear my hair up more come Summer to show them off more!

I'm In Love

Image 1 of ASOS DENY Wedge High Top Trainers With Suede Detail

I've been seeing these High Top wedge trainers around for a while now & I was very undecided how I felt about them as I'm not a 'trainer' kinda gal.. I've seen the Topshop & Boohoo versions, and was seriously considering buying them as I think they'll look super cute paired with some high waisted denim shorts and a crop come warmer weather or even on a casual night out. I then saw these real leather grey panelled ones from Asos & just had to buy them! They're similar to the other versions I've seen, but yet different in so many ways. For starters I have a weird obsession with grey so that instantly made me want them. Two, the panels across are more discreet and cuter. They arrive tomorrow & I can't wait to wear them! I'm just dreading wearing them out for the first time, I may just have to walk around on my hands all night so they don't get dirty!

Today I Bought #3

Black Leather Quilted jacket - Zara
Denim Jacket - Primark
Earings - Primark
Sandels - Primark
Belt - H&M

I decided to head on into town today as I haven't done any actual shopping trip for ages! I usually just buy from ASOS because I love the fact it gets delievered straight to your door and its free returns! Well anyway, I've been needing a few things for summer (if we actually have one) and spotted these great little finds today, mainly from Primark! I've been after a denim jacket for a good year or two now, and I really don't know how I've lasted this long without one, so when I saw this I snapped it up straight away - an essential if I must say so! I absolultey love the leather jacket I picked up from Zara too, but in two minds whether to keep it or not as I've never owned a leather jacket before, it seems silly to return it! But, the weather will no doubt pick up, so I'm afraid it will get stuffed in the back of my wardrobe until Autumn! Dilemmas!

I'm having a clear out of a few things in my wardrobe which I just never seem to wear and will be selling them on here! Most things still have the tag on or have only been worn once for a few hours.. so keep an eye out to grab yourself a bargain!

Today I Bought #2

Three Gold Bands £4
Multicoloured Jewelled Cube £3
Eagle £3

Spending whole days browsing Tumblr, online 'window' shopping and reading other blogs certainly makes you want to buy everything in the world doesn't it? Well, for me it does anyway, and that's how I lead to buying these..
I've noticed I seem to be lacking in the jewellery department of things as I've not really updated my jewellery collection for a good year or so, and the one thing screaming out to me from browsing all these blogs were rings. I used to have so many nice little rings, but they're all either so old that they turn your finger green, too big (as I have ridiculously skinny fingers) or massive flower/jewelled rings which were fashionable about 4 years ago. So, it was definitely time to invest in some more up to date stylish rings and I managed to grab these three rings from ASOS in the sale (& they were all size small - double bargin!)! I particularly love the multicoloured cube as its so different and definitely eye catching, I can't wait to wear it out! I've also seen some vintage three finger rings on Ebay which I'm keeping my eye on to buy at a later date..
(student loan next week - hehe)

Today I Bought #1

Every year me & my big sister have a little tradition to go shopping on Boxing Day. This year we hit both Leeds & Manchester city centre, along with The Trafford Centre & White Rose.
Now I don't know whether it's just me, but I never find anything decent in the Boxing Day sales, regardless each year I still go & brave the madness of sale shoppers! This year my only purchase from the sales were a pair of cute little Tartan shorts by Vero Moda - which when I came home to try on were too small. Whoops!

Anyway, I managed to snap up a few full priced items on my little outing, each fairly decently priced items.

 Lace High Waisted Shorts

I bought these a while ago from Asos but decided to return them as I was in two minds about them, but when I saw that they had been reduced to £16 and I got a further 20% off I gave them a second chance. I now love them & can't wait to wear them out. They have two slanted pockets at the front and a lace overlay. What I love about these shorts are the sleek and original design, as a lot of lace shorts I have seen in the past can be quite tacky and cheap looking!

Black Worker Ankle Boots

My mission at White Rose centre was to find a pair of these, as my River Island snow boots have started to fade (sad face). I found some really nice real leather ones in Dorothy Perkins for only £35 but they only had size 3 left (damn size 4 being so common)! Regardless I tried them on, & to my dismay they were too small! Then I happened to stumble upon these little gems which were in the exact same style as the Perkins ones! wooohoooo!! They were £15 cheaper too! BARGAIN!

Platform Colour Block Heels

With me being a little ditsy at times, I forgot my student house key back home in Manchester! As I was going out in Leeds that night, I had to buy some heels to wear (flats just don't cut it). I was lucky enough to find these beauts in New Look for £22.50 (student discount rocks!!). My sister spotted them first, but I instantly fell in love & just had to have them! They measure at 5inches, which is a long distance to fall.. & like I said, I'm ditsy & fall alot! I'm preparing myself for lots of cuts & bruises.

My Dermal Piercing

Well I know this isn't exactly an item of clothing that I bought, but I just had to include it within this section! I've been wanting to get a micro-dermal piercing for some time now, and I finally plucked up the courage to get it done. I must say, it didn't hurt at all & it was over within seconds. It definitely is my most favourite piercing to date.
