As you can tell from my purchases, I really can't wait for the weather to get warmer. Browsing (and spending) on the high street and seeing all the bright and colourful clothing is just making me want to walk outside in a pretty little dress without the millions of layers. I'm bored of snow and the freezing weather, not that I was ever a massive fan of it to begin with anyway...

As I haven't had a chance to blog any outfit posts lately due to all the uni work, I thought I'd show you my new purchases this way instead! I realise now that a lot of it is from Primark, I don't tend to buy clothing from there just tights and socks but I couldn't help myself with these little goodies! I'm in awe with this lilac and mint body con dress, it was only a tenner too! I love the racer front and back detailing, it shows off my microdermal piercing on my collarbone perfectly (it's normally hidden under a turtle neck most days) so to finally get to show it off is exciting!

The crotchet crop top didn't photograph very well but I assure you it is beautiful! I picked it up from a little vintage store in the Leeds Corn Exchange. I was just passing through and happened to notice it. I've been after something like this for ages to pair with my Levis.

I've also been wanting to wear a little more jewellery recently. I'm in love with statement necklaces and cute little rings. I realised that most of my rings just aren't very nice anymore. the last time I really bought any new rings was waaaaay back in 6th form, so these purchases are definitely justified!

I'd first like to apologise about being so absent lately! I've been super busy with uni work. My dissertation that has been taking over my life for the past few months was finally completed and handed in last week! YAAAAY (4th picture down). I was so relieved and ecstatic that it was finally over, although I did feel like I was waving off my little baby when I handed it in. I've spent so long writing it that I almost feel a little lost without it? Or am I seriously just going a little mad from all the work?

Alongside my dissertation, I've had a lot of other stuff going on too! It has literally left me with zero time and opportunity to take blog pictures! I have a few new and exciting pieces to show you too including my cute new sugar skull ring, that I'm hoping to take snaps of once I'm back home!

This past week I've also been working for Topshop promoting their new Prom collection in the Leeds Trinity store! I was lucky enough to receive a really cute purple cut out neckline shift dress as my uniform (bottom left). Although working out in the snow for half the day has defiantly made me want to hibernate under my covers for a month. Can you believe it's still snowing in Spring? Summer hurry up please!

My university life is almost over, and the reality of normal adult life is dawning, what am I going to do!?
